Our Approach
Inclusivise was formed by a team of experienced educators with deep expertise in supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those who are neurodivergent. Through their work across schools, alternative provision, and specialist settings, the team recognised persistent gaps in provision—too often fragmented, inconsistent, and lacking coordination.
Inclusivise was established to address this directly: bringing together assessment, support, and accreditation within a single, joined-up model. As a provider of integrated services rather than a school, we work alongside existing settings to strengthen provision—offering clear understanding, aligned support, and practical next steps so that each learner receives support that is both appropriate and effective.
We are outward-facing by design, working in partnership with schools, organisations, and education authorities to support learners who may not be well served within traditional systems. This includes connecting students to suitable pathways, supporting schools to deliver flexible provision, and enabling access across different contexts and geographies. Our model is designed to support both UK-based and international learners, particularly where flexibility or specialist provision is required. Our leadership team brings substantial experience in remote and online learning, as well as international collaboration, allowing us to operate effectively beyond a single setting.
This approach supports hybrid models of education. Inclusivise works with schools and families to enable students to engage in learning flexibly—whether on-site, at home, or abroad—while maintaining continuity, structure, and appropriate levels of support. The focus is on ensuring that flexibility expands access rather than diluting quality, and that all learners can progress towards meaningful outcomes.
