About Inclusivise
Inclusivise exists to bridge the gap between awareness of neurodiversity and confident, practical action.

Across both workplaces and education, the need to support neurodivergent individuals is widely recognised. What is far less clear is how to do this well, consistently, and proportionately. Our work focuses on building real capability — not dependence — in ways that are evidence-led, context-aware, and workable in everyday settings.
Our focus
We work in situations where complexity is real and outcomes matter.

In workplaces, this often means supporting managers and leaders who want to do the right thing but lack the confidence or clarity to act effectively. In education, it frequently involves working directly with children and families, alongside schools, to establish a shared understanding of needs and appropriate support — including contributing evidence where EHCP processes are involved.

In both contexts, our focus is the same: clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Our approach
Inclusivise takes a disciplined and proportionate approach to neuro-inclusion.

Rather than leading with ideology, frameworks, or generic training, we begin by understanding the individual, the environment, and the demands of the setting. Structured diagnostics inform next steps, ensuring that decisions are grounded in evidence rather than assumption.

From this foundation, we support:

-
Capability development for those with day-to-day responsibility
-
Practical planning that fits real-world constraints
-
Decisions that can be sustained without ongoing external dependency

Our aim is not to “add more”, but to help people act more effectively with what they already have.
How we work
Our work is collaborative, focused, and deliberately measured.

Engagements usually begin with an initial conversation to understand context, priorities, and constraints. From there, we agree a proportionate starting point — whether that involves direct work with individuals and families, support for staff and leaders, or guidance that informs wider systems and practice.

We avoid over-engineered solutions and unnecessary complexity. Progress is built through clarity, shared understanding, and realistic action.
Where we work
Inclusivise works across two closely connected contexts:

-
Workplaces — supporting organisations to build the capability of managers and leaders to lead neuro-diverse teams effectively.
-
Education — working directly with children, families, and education providers to support understanding, planning, and appropriate provision, including contributing evidence for EHCP-related processes where appropriate.
The common thread across all our work is a commitment to practical impact and long-term sustainability.
